Are all wood and resin pieces identical?
No. Wood grain, resin movement, and small visual details vary naturally. Product photos show the intended product style, while each finished piece keeps its own natural character.
Do cutting boards include accessories?
Accessories are included only when the live product listing says so. Available paid add-ons are added as separate Shopify cart items, allowing the customer to review each charge and the updated total before checkout.
How should I care for a wood resin board?
Hand wash gently, dry after cleaning, and avoid soaking or dishwashers unless a product page states otherwise. Use serving and light prep boards within the care limits shown on the product page.
Can I choose expedited delivery?
On eligible products, selecting expedited delivery adds one USD 50 service item to the cart immediately. It is not added again after the address is entered. The 3–5 business day estimate covers carrier transit after dispatch; production time is separate.
