🪵 Non-Personalized Items — 30-Day Return Policy

For standard (non-customized) items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at gogojsm@outlook.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

✏️ Custom & Personalized Items — Final Sale

All custom and personalized products (including engraved names, dates, or any made-to-order items) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because each piece is uniquely crafted with your personal information, it cannot be resold.

Please carefully review all customization details (spelling, dates, colors) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

🔧 Our Mistake? We'll Make It Right — Free of Charge

If we made an error on your custom order (wrong engraving, wrong color, defective craftsmanship), we take full responsibility. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will remake and reship your order at no cost to you.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

🇪🇺 European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
