Your order has two separate stages: preparation in our workflow, followed by carrier transit. The timing below keeps those stages clear, including personalized-order review and the optional expedited service.
Standard transit
Free for small-parcel orders; estimated 7–11 business days after dispatch.

Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch; USD 50 on eligible orders.

Personalized orders
Clear details keep production moving.
Production time and carrier transit are different. A small, in-stock personalized order can usually dispatch within 24 hours only when every submitted detail is complete and clear.
If we need clarification
We email you as soon as possible. If the original submitted information is otherwise clear and no reply arrives within 24 hours, we treat those original details as approved and proceed.
When production must pause
If missing or conflicting information prevents accurate production, the order remains paused until you reply. Larger or more complex custom orders receive a separate estimate.

When will my order be dispatched?
Ready-stock standard items are generally dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation. Small-quantity personalized orders can also generally be dispatched within 24 hours when the item is in stock and all submitted design, spelling, date, and engraving details are complete and clear. Larger or more complex custom orders receive a separate production estimate.
What happens if my engraving details need clarification?
We email you as soon as possible. If the original information is otherwise clear and we receive no reply within 24 hours, we treat the original submitted details as approved and proceed. If missing or conflicting information prevents accurate production, the order remains paused until you reply.
Does the delivery estimate include production time?
No. Production or personalization time is separate from carrier transit. The 7–11 business day standard estimate and the 3–5 business day expedited estimate begin after dispatch.
Is standard shipping free?
Yes. GOGOJSM provides free standard shipping for small-parcel orders. Product prices are tax-inclusive, and GOGOJSM covers applicable import duties. Expedited delivery remains an optional USD 50 service on eligible products.
How does the USD 50 expedited option work?
On eligible products, selecting expedited delivery adds one USD 50 service item to the cart immediately. It is not charged again after the delivery address is entered. It changes the carrier transit estimate after dispatch; it does not skip production or personalization review.
Will I need to pay import duties at delivery?
GOGOJSM product prices are tax-inclusive, and GOGOJSM covers applicable import duties. You are not expected to pay a separate import-duty charge at delivery. If a carrier requests one, contact us before paying so we can review the shipment.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Transit windows are estimates. Destination, address corrections, remote-area service, carrier disruption, customs processing, holidays, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
