GOGOJSM, also known as GOGOJSMResinWood, is a China-based wood-and-resin gift brand operating through gogojsm.com. The public support contact is hello@gogojsm.com and the business WhatsApp number is +86 189 9837 5552.

References to “GOGOJSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of the GOGOJSM storefront. References to “you” or “customer” mean the person browsing the storefront, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order.

You may use this storefront only for lawful shopping, product research, order support, and genuine custom or bulk inquiries. You must not interfere with the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract that applies in your location. If you place an order for another person, you are responsible for having permission to provide their delivery and personalization information.

We aim to keep product descriptions, dimensions, prices, images, materials, included items, available colors, and inventory information accurate. The current product page and Shopify checkout are the controlling sources for the selected item.

Wood grain, tone, knots, figure, resin movement, transparency, cells, and the boundary between resin and wood naturally vary. A finished item may therefore differ from a reference photograph without being defective. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how color appears.

Personalization does not change the board shape, size, wood species, resin color, hardware, or construction unless that physical option is expressly offered on the product page.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless the storefront or Shopify checkout clearly displays another currency. GOGOJSM product prices are tax-inclusive; we do not add a separate product-tax charge unless it is clearly shown in Shopify checkout before payment.

GOGOJSM covers applicable import duties for customer orders. Customers are not expected to pay a separate import-duty charge at delivery. If a carrier requests an import-duty payment, contact GOGOJSM before paying so we can review the shipment.

Discounts apply only when their stated conditions are met. A discount cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer unless the offer expressly allows it.

Orders are paid through Shopify checkout and its supported payment providers. Never send payment-card details through email, WhatsApp, or a contact form.

Before payment, review the product, option, quantity, personalization, add-ons, shipping choice, discounts, and final total. A checkout confirmation means that Shopify received the order. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error occurred, payment or fraud checks fail, the requested content is unlawful or technically unsuitable, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

You are responsible for the spelling, capitalization, dates, names, line breaks, and other information you submit. If engraving details need clarification, we will email you as soon as possible. When the submitted information is otherwise clear and we receive no reply within 24 hours, we will treat the original submitted details as approved and proceed. If missing or conflicting information prevents accurate production, the order remains paused until you reply.

Previews illustrate placement and hierarchy; they are not a guarantee that wood grain, resin movement, laser tone, or every small visual detail will be identical to the screen.

You must have the right to use any name, phrase, logo, image, or artwork you submit. You give GOGOJSM permission to use that content only as needed to review, produce, fulfill, and support the order. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or technically unsuitable.

Optional accessories are charged only when they are selected and shown as priced items in the cart and Shopify checkout.

On eligible products, selecting expedited delivery adds one USD 50 expedited-service item to the cart immediately. The cart review and Shopify checkout must show that charge before payment. It is not charged a second time after the delivery address is entered.

The stated 3–5 business day expedited estimate refers to carrier transit after dispatch, not to personalization or production time. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and may be affected by destination, customs, carrier disruption, remote-area service, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Ready-stock standard items are generally dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation. Small-quantity personalized orders can also generally be dispatched within 24 hours when the item is in stock and the submitted design, spelling, dates, and engraving fields are complete and clear. Larger or more complex custom orders receive a separate production estimate.

Standard delivery is normally presented as an estimated 7–11 business day carrier transit after dispatch where that service is available. Delivery estimates do not include time spent waiting for missing personalization details, address corrections, customer approval, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we learn that an order cannot be dispatched within a stated or legally required period, we will contact the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised timing or receiving a refund for the unshipped item.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after dispatch.

When tracking is available, it is provided through the Shopify order flow or carrier. Report a parcel that appears lost, materially delayed, damaged, or delivered incorrectly as soon as reasonably possible, with the order number and supporting photographs where relevant. Carrier investigations and destination procedures may affect the resolution time.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. A personalized order may not be cancellable after design review or production has begun because it is made from customer-supplied details.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for personalized or engraved products once production has begun. Standard, non-personalized products are handled under the current Return and Refund Policy. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact hello@gogojsm.com with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Follow the use and care instructions on the product page. Wood-and-resin boards are generally positioned for serving, display, and light preparation unless a listing states otherwise. Hand wash and dry promptly. Do not soak, place in a dishwasher, expose to extreme heat, or use a decorative resin area for heavy chopping.

Knives, food, rings, flowers, packaging, stands, or other props shown in photographs are not included unless the product page expressly lists them as included items.

The GOGOJSM name, storefront design, original text, product photography, graphics, product layouts, and other brand content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the storefront for personal shopping and reference, but you may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

The storefront relies on third-party services including Shopify for cart, checkout, payment, customer accounts, and parts of order processing. Carriers and other service providers may also process information needed for delivery or support. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices that we do not control.

We do not promise that the storefront will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOGOJSM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront, delay outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it will not exceed the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the China-based operator of the GOGOJSM storefront, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact hello@gogojsm.com so the parties can try to resolve the issue directly.

We may update these Terms when products, checkout, policies, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. The Terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
