GOGOJSM focuses on useful objects that can also mark a personal moment. Our catalog includes acacia wood and resin serving boards, eligible personalized cutting boards, proposal ring boxes, magnetic knife holders, and smaller wood-and-resin gifts.

We serve customers who want a distinctive gift for a wedding, anniversary, housewarming, proposal, family milestone, or everyday home use. Current availability, prices, personalization fields, and delivery choices are confirmed on the product page and at Shopify checkout.

GOGOJSM is operated by a small product and customer-support team rather than an anonymous marketplace listing. The team reviews product information, coordinates engraving and production, checks order details, inspects finished pieces, prepares packing, and answers customer questions.

We do not publish a founder name, founding year, or individual staff portraits until those details have been formally approved for public use. Customer support is available by email and WhatsApp, so buyers can reach the same brand team responsible for the order workflow.

Real wood is not visually identical from one piece to another. Grain direction, tone, knots, and figure can vary. Resin pours can also differ in wave movement, transparency, cells, and the boundary where resin meets wood.

These natural differences are not hidden with a promise that every item will be an exact copy of a reference photo. Product structure, available color, size, included items, and eligible customization remain governed by the selected listing and confirmed order.

Personalization is offered only on products that display engraving fields or an approved design flow. Depending on the listing, customers may provide names, dates, initials, family wording, a short message, or another supported design detail.

Personalization does not automatically mean the board shape, wood species, resin color, dimensions, hardware, or product construction can be changed. Those physical options are limited to what the product page currently offers.

For an eligible custom order, the customer first chooses the product and available physical option, then submits the required engraving information. The team reviews the order details before production coordination, checks the finished piece against the confirmed information, and prepares it for shipment.

If a detail is unclear or conflicts with the selected product, support may contact the customer before the order can move forward. Shipping service and final delivery charges are confirmed during Shopify checkout.

The personalized boards shown throughout our product pages and journal include real engraved examples for surnames, couples, wedding dates, monograms, family messages, and milestone appreciation gifts. They demonstrate layout possibilities on real wood-and-resin pieces, not a promise that every board will have identical grain or resin movement.
