The 1,000-character limit is a submission maximum, not a guarantee that every message will fit at a readable size. Line breaks, spacing, and text size may be adjusted. We will email you and pause production if clarification or shortening is required.

The form accepts up to 1,000 characters for review. That is a submission maximum, not a guarantee that all wording will fit at a readable engraving size.

Will my message keep the exact line breaks I enter?

We use your wording to prepare the heart layout, but line breaks, spacing, and text size may need adjustment. If a material change or clarification is required, production pauses while we email you.

Where is the personalization engraved?

The approved heart message and names are engraved on the acacia wood area only. Engraving is not placed on the resin.

Is the physical cutting board heart shaped?

No. The product uses a fixed rectangular board shape. The submitted wording and optional botanical outline create the heart-inspired engraving layout.
